Zusammenfassung:FIELD: rolled stock production, namely processes for rolling billets and large shapes with use of triple rolling-division at lengthwise dividing rolled piece in flow line of rolling mill, mainly in reversing reduction mills, bar rolling, large shape rolling mills. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of forming from initial rectangular cross section ingot heated up to rolling temperature successively in rough, intermediate and finish three - groove passes of rolls of reversing reduction mill three-strand rolled piece whose parts are mutually joined by means of bridges along width; at rolling process forming in rough, intermediate and finish passes three-strand rolled piece with different areas of cross section of each strand; at finish rolling, realizing lengthwise division of three-strand rolled piece by parts for receiving simultaneously three blanks with different cross section areas. Surface area of cross section of blank made of central strand in finish three-groove rolling pass consists 0.4 - 0.8 of cross section areas of blanks made in two boundary strands of said pass. In order to receive rolled piece whose value Fc is less than values Fb, it is necessary at process of rough and intermediate forming of blanks from ingot to make three-strand rolled piece whose height in central strand is less than its heights in boundary strands. ^ EFFECT: lowered quantity of edge crops, possibility for simultaneous rolling of blanks with different cross sections, increased forging ratio of central part of rolled piece. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg
