Reservoir for electrolyte is mounted in gap of magnetic circuit of magnetic field source. Walls of said reservoir are electrically conducting and they serve as one electrode. Second electrode is arranged in reservoir and it is connected with its walls through electric current supply lead. Bottom of reservoir is made of dielectric material. ^ EFFECT: increased voltage of outer electric current source, lowered power losses in supply circuit. ^ 2 dwg
