The strain ferments effectively milk from different trading sorts, with broad range of fatness and different methods of thermal treatment. Individual specific properties of the strain allows its applying as a monostrain ferment. Curd obtained with applying the strain L. lactis VKPM B-8354 shows good organoleptic qualities, nonacid taste and homogenous consistence.
