Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes controlling product by non-destructive control method. For certain product or group of similar products critical sizes of defects are determined in operation mode, also determined are sized of defects allowed in operation and allowed in manufacture. Control results are presented in form of a bar graph. Graph is approximated with equation, with constants, which are determined from condition of maximum approach of equation to control results in form of bar graph. Source defectiveness and possibility of detection of defect are determined. Remainder defectiveness is determined as difference between source and detected defectiveness.
