Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of mechanical engineering and may be used in the capacity of a combined treatment at manufacturing abrasive tools on a metal base. The method consists in the following: simultaneously with depositing of a metal material make initial pressure by a tap on the abrasive layer and measure electrical resistance between a support and an electrode till appearance of a metal contact. Then the electrode is shifted back to make a calculated clearance. Then the rolling out forces are applied to the tap is with and continue the process till the abrasive layer is completely overgrown with the metal material to make the compressing residual stresses in it. The invention allows that the abrasive grains are reliably kept in a metal bundle due to presence of the compressing residual stresses. The result of that is a considerable reduction of losses of the abrasive bands cutting power caused by the grains crumbling out due to their wear, that allows the grains to work practically till their full wear. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures for the abrasive grains be reliably kept in a metal bundle and a considerable reduction of losses of the abrasive bands cutting power. ^ 1 dwg, 1 ex |
