Zusammenfassung:FIELD: manufacture of building materials; production of air-entrained (cellular) concrete; manufacture of wall members. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes proportioning of cement, silica component, gas-forming agent, additives and water followed by stirring the mix simultaneously with hydromechanical activation; additives are proportioned additionally; duration of activation is 5 to 10 minutes; gas-forming agent is introduced in 2-3 minutes before its completion. Mixture for production of non-steam-and-pressure cured aerated concrete containing cement, silica component in form of ash from thermoelectric station or fine sand, building gypsum, gas-forming agent, plasticizer and water; gas-forming agent is aluminum powder or paste; activating additive is soda sulfite waste of alumina production process or another product containing sodium sulfate at the following relationship of components, mass-%: cement, 48-52; silica component, 10-14; water, 35-37.5; gas-forming agent, 0.04-0.06; building gypsum, 1.2-1.4; activating additive, 1.2-1.4; plasticizer, 0.25-0.35. ^ EFFECT: fast hardening of mixture; enhanced strength and density of concrete. ^ 3 cl, 1 tbl
