Zusammenfassung:FIELD: hydraulic engineering, in particular, equipment for clear cutting of forests from slopes of water-logged water reservoir, as well as for raising of sunken logs from bottom of water reservoir, lakes or rivers. ^ SUBSTANCE: floating logging machine has rotary variable reach boom and replaceable working tools. Rotary boom and working tools are mounted on drive carriage disposed in transportation corridor on deck of floating base. Cars with counterweights are mounted in guides on sides of floating base and connected through cable-and-pulley system with drive carriage. Apparatus allows rolling of vessel to be automatically regulated. ^ EFFECT: increased stability of apparatus upon horizontal displacement of equipment above floating base. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg
