Indicated compounds elicit good affinity to NMDA-receptor and can be used for treatment of diseases caused by enhanced activity of NR2B subtypes of NMDA-receptors. ^ EFFECT: valuable medicinal properties of compounds. ^ 10 cl, 1 tbl, 32 ex
