Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: mechanical engineering; light and textile industries. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in re-winding and check-and-meter equipment. Proposed device contains drive sectional drum, flexible working members, drive rods re-rolling rolls, each being cantilever mounted on additional shaft placed coaxially inside sectional drum, optoelectronic device and control unit to control movement of drive rods. Drive rod mechanism drive is made to provide constant distance between axes of rotation of re-rolling rolls and line of contact of processed material roll with flexible working members. Improved quality of unwinding of material from roll is provided owing to motionless center of masses roll, making it possible to preserve preset tension-and-deformation state of easily deformable roll material during process of unwinding. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of unwinding. ^ 5 dwg
