Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: plastic working of metals, namely manufacture of tools operating with use of processes of shaping and strengthening internal threads and profiles by plastic deforming. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of applying periodic dynamic load to deforming members of screw tap by means of striker mounted in housing of mechanic impulse generator; moving deforming members along radius to center by means of tightening spring; returning screw tap body to initial position after each striking impulse by means of return spring. ^ EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities at knurling threads and profiles, increased depth of strengthening, enhanced efficiency and quality of working. ^ 4 dwg
