Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: prostheses' material should be dyed with a dyestuff of acridine row 2-ethoxy-6.9-diaminoacridine lactate (rivanol), then prostheses should be impregnated with an aqueous solution of natural biopolymer which forms water- and blood-insoluble complex together with a dyestuff. As biopolymers one should apply polysaccharides and proteins containing carboxyl or sulfate groups in its composition: glycosaminoglycanes and other blood proteins. The method provides decreased surgical permeability of artificial prostheses of blood vessels applied during reconstructive operations. As for rivanol antiseptic, its application as a complex-former enables to create antimicrobial medium in area of blood vessels' reconstruction. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 3 ex
