Unit for selecting low-flying targets, unit for estimating flight heights of low-flying targets and unit for probability evaluation of correct detection of low-flying targets are newly introduced into the device. These new units provide selection of low-flying targets, probability evaluation of correct detection of targets, evaluation of three-dimensional coordinates of targets and flight heights. ^ EFFECT: improved probability of correct detection; improved precision of evaluation of coordinates. ^ 3 dwg
