Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: petroleum processing and pertochemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: hydrocarbon feedstock is subjected to two-step hydrogenation while simultaneously dispersing therein water and molybdenum salt at ratio water/molybdenum/feedstock (0.005-0.05):(0.0002-0.002):1, consumption of hydrogen 500-900L/kg feedstock, temperature 360-450o, and pressure 4-6 MPa in presence of catalyst. The latter is prepared in reaction zone by bringing into control, dispersed in feedstock bulk, aqueous solution of molybdenum and group VIII metal salts with sulfidizing agent, in particular aqueous solution of ammonium sulfide or polysulfide at dissolved sulfur-to-dissolved molybdenum ratio (0.6-3.2):1 in the first hydrogenation step. In the second step, granulated hydrofining catalyst, e.g. tableted Al-Co/Ni-Mo catalyst, or metallic packing, e.g. in the form of metal particles, is additionally introduced into reaction zone, after which gaseous hydrogenation products are separated and remaining part of product is subjected to vacuum distillation to separate low-and high-boiling hydrocarbons. ^ EFFECT: increased degree of purification of product and increased its yield due to elimination of recycling and simplification of process. ^ 5 cl, 7 tbl, 6 ex |
