Zusammenfassung:FIELD: alarm signaling and monitoring systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed system contains retransmission-radio direction-finding network, data processing centers and subscriber's sets with carry-on alarm signaling sets and self-contained navigation units. Carry-on alarm signaling set includes security alarm unit, object terminal connected by radio with retransmission-radio with retransmission-radio direction-finding network, controller connected through carry-on radio modem with commercial mobile communication system, signal switch and self-contained transmitting device connected by radio with retransmission-radio direction-finding network. Self-contained navigation unit includes navigation measurands processing unit, main and additional navigation measurands units made for reception and processing of signals of global satellite radio navigation system. Data processing center contains console terminal connected with retransmission radio direction-finding network, centralized supervision panel and data secondary processing and vehicle tracking unit made for processing and displaying of cartographic and semantic information, decision unit, central signal switch and central radio modem connected by radio with commercial mobile communication system. ^ EFFECT: reduced time taken for transmission of messages by commercial mobile communication system, reduced service expenses for system. ^ 4 dwg
