Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine, inner diseases, neurology. ^ SUBSTANCE: patient's behavioral type should be corrected due to cognitive training and progressing nervous-muscular relaxation; also, it is necessary to perform physically passive nervous-muscular relaxation and respiratory-relaxation training. In case of progressing nervous-muscular relaxation one should start muscular relaxation from the lower third of patient's body by gradually coming to the group of muscles from the upper part, moreover, the pause after each exercise corresponds to 7-15 sec, and after relaxation of every muscular group - 15-30 sec. After performed seance of progressing nervous-muscular relaxation it is necessary to perform respiratory-relaxation training for 3-5 min dealing with maximum concentration of patient's attention at inhalation and expiration. One day after the seance of progressing nervous-muscular relaxation it is necessary to carry out physically passive nervous-muscular relaxation. Prophylactic course lasts for 10-12 wk. Seances of progressing nervous-muscular relaxation and respiratory-relaxation training should be performed once weekly for the period of the 1st and 3d mo and - twice weekly during the second month, and physically passive nervous-muscular relaxation - 2-3 times weekly for the whole course. ^ EFFECT: decreased frequency of repeated myocardial infarction. ^ 3 ex, 8 tbl
