Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has body having oxygen and nitrogenous oxide throttles and draining opening, membranes and rigid center, nut, bushing, pin having conic portion and cylindrical one, dosing opening and spring. The throttles have sealing means to be tightly mounted in the device body. Throttle passage cross-sections are chosen to ensure required minimum oxygen concentration in oxygen and nitrogenous oxide mixture. The membranes are joined by means of the rigid center, nut and bushing into an integrated membrane unit mounted in the device body. The pin has conic portion and cylindrical one resting upon the rigid center with active spring built-in into guiding canal. ^ EFFECT: high accuracy in controlling gas proportions when giving narcosis. ^ 1 dwg
