METHOD FOR OBTAINING CELL-FREE DERMAL MATRIX

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with obtaining biological coverings to cover wounds at treating patients with burns and mechanic lesions of skin. The method includes the destruction of dermal cells, extraction of the products of their damage and extracellular noncollagenic proteins and matrix sterilization. Derma should be placed into 30%-carbamide solution at addition of calcium chloride up to 0.5% concentration at +4 C for 24 h at 1:3 volumetric ratio of derma and carbamide solution. Then dermal matrix should be kept in 20%-carbamide solution at room temperature for 1 h. The method enables to achieve more cheaper, simplified and accelerated technique. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency.
