Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has control and tuning system bearing detachable supporting platform and movable platform each of which has beams and pin frames for fixing articulation fragments joined via two-stage traction members composed of two clamps rigidly connected to each other with a pair of threaded pins, electric drive having control system, some rotation speed and reverse and multi-component strain scales connected to multi-channel analog-to-digital converter having data processing system. The strain scales are rigidly connected to electric drive shaft with one end and removably connected to movable platform beam with the other end. Movable platform rotation axle driven with the electric drive is within the limits of central supporting platform pin control. ^ EFFECT: high articulation fragments control accuracy and speed. ^ 3 dwg
