A bushing is fixed by fitting on the balls for fastening the second controlled element contacting to the first control nut on one side and to the second control nut via spring on the second side. Another embodiment of the invention involves the controlling element has two fixed orthogonal threaded pins for fastening controlled elements. Each pin has at least three longitudinal slots with balls inserted into separator member. A bushing is fixed by fitting on the balls. The bushing makes contact with the first controlling nut on one side and with the second controlling nut on the other side via spring.
