Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves recording changes in polarographic parameters values of respiration processes and mitochondrial substrate phosphorylation in liver and brain samples taken from experimental animals at the first, fifth and ninth week after introducing chemical carcinogenic agent during which the animals are exposed to magnetic field of ultralow frequency and intensity of 3.2 mTesla units with frequency-time algorithm of 0.03 Hz - 5 min, 0.3 Hz - 1 min, 3 Hz 1 min and 9 Hz - 1 min. Correlations are determined for parameters under study showing marked anticarcinogenic influence of ultralow frequency magnetic field. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in revealing specific behavior of succinic acid oxidation system. ^ 1 dwg
