A sleeve is positioned between the balancer. A sleeve is positioned between the balancer and the armor-piercing core, the ignition compound is placed in the sleeve. The sleeve wall thickness makes up , where - the sleeve diameter. The mass of the ignition compound makes up at least 0.130 , and the balancer mass - 0.40...0.65 , where - the mass of the armor-piercing core. ^ EFFECT: provided safety in manufacture of the bullet and expanded range of ignition properties. ^ 1 dwg
