Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: heat-power engineering; centralized heating systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes delivery of heating-system water by pumping the heat-transfer agent with the aid of circulating pump. Change in ratio of flow rates of heating-system heat-transfer agent and added agent is effected in synchronism by means of balancing valves which maintain total flow rate at constant level. Device proposed for realization of this method includes circulating pump mounted in supply main after mixing unit. Balancing valves are fitted before mixing unit and on mixing main. Mixing main is additionally provided with check valve fitted before balancing valve. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency; reduction of consumption of heating-system water by 20-30%. ^ 4 cl, 1 dwg
