Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: electrolytic deposition of wear-resistant coatings. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of electrolyte depositions of wear-resistant coatings, in particular, made out of iron-molybdenum-cobalt alloy coatings used for restoration and hardening of component parts surfaces. The method provides for deposition of an alloy from the electrolyte containing iron chloride, ammonium molybdate, a citric acid, hydrochloric acid and water and cobalt chloride at the following ratio of components (in g\l): iron chloride - 350-400, ammonium molybdate - 0.2-1.2, cobalt chloride - 30, citric acid - 2-8, hydrochloric acid - 0.5-2.0. The deposition process is conducted using a variable asymmetric electric current beginning from a coefficient of skewness of 1.2 and increasing it up to 6 at cathodic current density of 40-60 A/dm2 and the temperature of the electrolyte of 30-40. The technical result is an increase of productivity of the alloy deposition, microhardness and wear-resistance of a coating. ^ EFFECT: the invention allows to increase productivity of the alloy deposition, microhardness and wear-resistance of a coating. ^ 1 ex |
