Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:FIELD: waste water treatment. ^ SUBSTANCE: objective of invention is processing of waste water to produce combustible products, fertilizers, and raw material for manufacture of building materials. Method comprises mixing filler with partially dewatered sludgy sediment followed by thermal processing of resulting mixture to make it fully anhydrous. First operation is carried out by layerwise placing the sediment on a ground encircled by inventory removable walls and provided with end-opened drain pipes arranged in 2-3 tiers and communicating with atmosphere. As level of sediment increases, filler is uniformly spread on the surface of each layer of sediment, first layer of filler being put onto the bottom of the ground with preliminarily first-tier drain pipes installed. Thermal processing is accomplished by freezing at ambient temperatures over a cold year period to dehydrate mixture, after which further dehydration sludgy sediment is accomplished by compaction while simultaneously forming granules or briquettes. The latter are subjected to heat treatment on pyrolysis plant at 350-500 and residence time 3.5-4.5 h in reductive anaerobic medium to form semicoke and gas-vapor mixture, from which high-molecular hydrocarbons are condensed to produce combustible liquid while gas constituent is trapped and conveyed to pyrolysis installation for combustion. Alternatively, processing for 6 h results in ash product and gas-vapor mixture. Utilized filler is ground coal crumb and ground woodworking waste at volume ratio between 1:3 and 1:5. ^ EFFECT: increased processing efficiency and decreased its laboriousness. ^ 1 dwg
