Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: metal rolling processes and equipment, possibly systems for automatic control and diagnostics of rolling mills. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of identifying time moment of occurring critical vibrations due to diagnostics of fluctuations of tension of strip in rolling mill by determining intensity coefficient of vibration between mill stands according to next mathematical expression: CV = ABS[DIF(DeltaTi/Ti)] x ABS[DIF(DeltaTi-1/Ti-1)] where CV -vibration intensity coefficient, ABS - absolute value, DIF - first derivative, T i-1 -strip tension before i-stand, Ti - strip tension after i-stand, DeltaT -current value of strip tension between stands. Vibration intensity coefficient CV is no more than 20. Invention provides reliable identification of time moment of critical vibration occurring in system having rolling stands and strip in spite of rolling speed and vibration mode of separate mechanisms of rolling mill. ^ EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and reliability for determining time moment of critical vibration occurring. ^ 2 cl, 1 ex |
