DEVICE FOR SEPARATION OF LIQUIDS

FIELD: food-processing industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with food-processing industry, in particular, with separation of liquids according to their density, for example at increase or decrease of concentration of the fat-containing mixtures, and also with purification of the rinsing waters. The device for separation of the liquids contains: a bath with the liquids to be separated, the squeezing rollers and transporting rollers mounted on an entry of the resilient porous band placed in the bath. The squeezing rollers are placed outside the bath. At that one of them is made hollow and perforated and inside it diametrically opposite to a zone of contact with the resilient porous band and the second squeezing roller there is a launder for withdrawal of a light fraction. The transporting rollers are linked to each other by a spring and installed on the entry in the bath so, that the surface of one of them touches the surface of the mirror of the bath, and the second roller is placed in the bath and the interaxal line of the transporting rollers makes an angle alpha with the interaxal line of the squeezing rollers. The technical result consists in the increased accuracy of separation. ^ EFFECT: the invention allows to increase accuracy of separation. ^ 1 dwg
