Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out complex ultrasonic examination of visceral and retroperitoneal space organs. Transabdominal ultrasonic examination of small pelvis organs is carried out. Residual ovarian tumor localization, dimensions and structure and its disposition with respect to adjacent small pelvis organs are determined. Doppler flow-graphy and Doppler flowmetry examination methods are applied in transabdominal access to adjust specific great vessel hemodynamics and tumor archtectonic properties. Transvaginal echography examination is carried out in B-mode with Doppler flowgraphy and Doppler flowmetry examination methods being applied after having emptied urinary bladder. Individual residual ovarian tumor areas are detected in operation time. Ultrasonic examination is carried out in pre-operation volume at various chemotherapy stages. Vascularization intensity, echogenicity and echo structure are evaluated from color flaps number in Doppler color mapping. Comparison to previous ultrasonic examination protocols is carried out. Tumor hypo- or devascularization, size reduction or full regression of residual ovarian tumors, stable sonographic status of visceral and retroperitoneal space organs, changes in tumor echogenicity from solid cyst to cyst pattern and isoechogenicity being observed, tumors are considered to be sensitive to chemotherapy applied. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of sensitivity evaluation. ^ 11 dwg
