DEVICE FOR AGITATION OF PETROLEUM AND OIL PRODUCTS AND WASHING THEIR SEDIMENTS AWAY FROM A TANK

FIELD: petroleum and chemical industries. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a device for agitation of petroleum and oil products and washing their sediments away from the oil storage tanks. The device may be used not only in petroleum industry, but also in chemical and other branches of industry, where they use tanks to store liquids with possible settling of sediments from them. The device contains: a caging, in which there is a shaft with screw-type lobes on its end; elements of the shaft tight fitting to the opening of the tank; one/or multistage wave-type reduction gear installed coaxially on the shaft - for angular motion of the shaft in a horizontal plane; a crank gear. The inlet link of the reduction gear is fused to the shaft, and its outlet link - with the reduction gear, that is hinged with the tank and contains a crank and a connecting rod made in the form of a rim with a spindle mounted on the crank aslant. The spindle is hinged with one end of the rod pivotally mounted on the tank. The technical result is an increase of smoothness of the shaft running without infringing a stream movement in the tank. ^ EFFECT: the invention allows to smoothness of the shaft running without infringing a stream movement in the tank. ^ 2 dwg
