Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: oil extractive industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes extracting oil-water emulsion into constant level tank, measuring pressure changes created by column of oil-water emulsion in constant level tank, measuring oil and water density, which form emulsion. After substitution of known parameters to formula 1: DeltaP=Hwxpw+(He-Hw)po, where DeltaP is change of pressure of oil-water emulsion column in constant level tank, kg/m2; pw and po - density of water and of oil, kg/m3; He and Hw - level of oil-water emulsion in constant level tank (He=const) and water level contained in emulsion, m; additionally substituted to formula 1 are values of water level Hw, consecutively, starting from minimal water level value, with selected step, calculated for each value of water level are values of pressure change, then calculations are stopped, when value of pressure change calculated from formula 1 becomes equal to measured by manometer pressure change, and water level value, with which pressure change value calculated from formula 1 becomes equal to measured by manometer pressure fall, is used when determining needed water amount(W in percents) of water-oil emulsion from formula 2: W= He/Hwx100, where Hw is value of water level in constant level tank, with which calculated with formula 1 value of pressure fall becomes equal to pressure fall measured by manometer. ^ EFFECT: simplified construction and technology. ^ 1 dwg |
