Vaccines are elaborated based upon antigens of serotypes adw and ayw obtained out of Pichia angusta yeast strains VKPM Y-2412 and VKM Y-2924D. Recombinant vaccines for preventing viral hepatitis B contain efficient quantity of surface antigen of hepatitis B virus, an adjuvant and physiologically acceptable solvent. Vaccines could contain antigen of either out of one serotype or, at equal quantities, the mixture of serotypes adw and ayw.
