Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: quantum electronics. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed waveguide CO2 laser excited by high-frequency field and provided with collapsible dual-channel resonator has two discharge channels each bounded on two sides by extreme electrodes and central one and on two other sides, by dielectric plates disposed between extreme electrodes. Entire surface of high-frequency central electrode is covered with gold film, 3 - 8 m thick. Two extreme electrodes are made of Al base alloy and their effective surfaces are coated with shielding film such as that made of Al2O3. Laser incorporates provision for effective recovery of CO2 gas molecules and for discharge channel cooling. ^ EFFECT: enhanced power and operating reliability, reduced high-frequency energy loss. ^ 1 cl, 8 dwg |
