Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: building industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to producing building materials, in particular, composites of concrete mixtures used in road building. Composite for preparing road concrete comprises Portland cement, mineral filling agent petroleum product-base additive and water. As additive the composite comprises petroleum slime - waste in manufacturing anticorrosion addition agent, and components are taken in the following ratio, wt.-%: Portland cement, 6-14; mineral filling agent, 66-68; indicated additive (as measured for dry matter), 15-19; water, the balance.
