DEVICE FOR APPLYING POLYMERIC COATING ON SUBSTRATE

FIELD: light industry, particularly artificial leather production, namely equipment for coating application. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for polymeric coating application has vessel for polymeric material with doctor blade. Device also comprises restriction jaws, support means, preplasticator and diaphragm. Preplasticator is hollow and heating member is installed inside preplasticator. Preplasticator is arranged in vessel in front of doctor blade and has three flat surfaces. The first surface is parallel to support means surface. The second nearest to doctor blade surface is parallel to side doctor blade surface. The third surface connecting the first and the second surfaces has guiding means. Diaphragm is rectangular and installed on flat face of dihedral angle formed by intersection of the first and the second preplasticator surfaces. Diaphragm length is equal to second preplasticator surface width. Information monitor is connected to inner diaphragm surface so that information monitor output is linked to secondary appliance input. ^ EFFECT: possibility of obtaining information concerning flow characteristics of coating material during coating application, possibility of diaphragm installation in vessel part in which polymeric material pressure is defined by its viscosity and plasticity. ^ 2 dwg
