Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: oil and gas extractive industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has body fixed on the tubing string, which has curvilinear guiding channel, mechanism for axial movement of hollow flexible bar, mechanism for rotating said bar, line for feeding working liquid from pump, anchor, mechanism for cutting window. In the channel a hollow flexible bar with cutting head on its end is placed. Mechanism for moving said bar is made in form of reciprocal movement drive mounted on day surface. Drive is connected to the bar by means of mechanical link. Bar rotation mechanism is made in form of hydraulic engine, which is fixed on mechanical link to output shaft and is connected to hollow flexible bar. In mechanical link of reciprocal movement drive and bar output shaft of hydraulic engine of bar rotation mechanism is connected to upper end of bar by means of hollow rigid shaft. Portion of curvilinear guiding channel which is coaxial with body axis and serves for placement of bar it is made in form of cylindrical hollow. In the hollow a hollow rigid shaft of mechanical link is placed with possible pressurization of said hollow for disengaging curvilinear guiding channel and hollow of tubing pipes. Mechanism for cutting a window in tubing string consists of an assembly for axial displacement of flexible shaft with cutting tool on the end and of mechanism for rotating flexible shaft. Mechanism for rotating the shaft is made in form of hydraulic engine mounted in lower portion of device body. Its spindle is connected to shaft placed in guiding channel. Guiding channel for shaft of window cutting mechanism and curvilinear guiding channel for the bar are combined at their exit from the body. Axial displacement assembly for the shaft is made in form of at least one rigid traction placed in parallel to body axis. On one end of said traction engaging device is mounted. It is made with possible periodical interaction with mechanical link of bar axial displacement mechanism by means of a shelf made on external surface of mechanical link. Other end of traction is connected to mechanism for rotating cutting tool. Hydraulic engines of mechanism for bar rotation and of mechanism for shaft rotation are hydraulically connected through hollow of tubing pipes to the pump. ^ EFFECT: forming of needed number of perforation channels in the bed without raising and changing cutting tool while working with rock of any hardness, said channels having any needed depth and diameter, while control of techno |
