Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: preparation of inverting emulsions used in drilling and performing major repair of oil and gas wells. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed agent contains product of interaction of still residue of process of production of synthetic fatty acids and triethanol amine at mass ratio of (4-5):1, ester obtained through mixing hydroxypropylated glycerin at degree of hydroxypropylation of 5-8 and number of propylene oxide chains of 1-3 with product of interaction of still residue of process of production of synthetic fatty acids with triethanol amine at mass ratio of 1: (4.56-12.18); it is good practice to use diesel fuel or kerosene as hydrocarbon solvent at the following ratio of components, mass-%: product of interaction of still residue with triethanol amine at mass ratio of (4-5):1, 31.4-35.4; ester obtained through mixing hydroxypropylated glycerin with production of interaction of still residue of process of production of synthetic fatty acids with triethanol amine, 14.6-18.6; the remainder being hydrocarbon solvent. Proposed method includes the following operations: heating and mixing of product of interaction of still residue with production of process of production of synthetic fatty acids at temperature of 115-120 C and mixing it with hydroxypropylated glycerin whose characteristics are indicated above. As a result, mixture of still residue with triethanol amine and ester is obtained at the following ratio: (31.4 35.4): (18.6:14.6) mass-% to which hydrocarbon solvent (in the amount of up to 100%) is added. ^ EFFECT: enhanced emulsifying ability due to increase of thermal resistance, thermal stability and carrying ability; enhanced viscosity and reduced filtration efficiency of inverting emulsions. ^ 3 cl, 1 tbl, 6 ex |
