Cement for replacing osseous tissue is prepared on the basis of calcium phosphates and comprises additionally hydroxyapatite gel, calcium sulfate, sodium hydrocarbonate and sodium fluoride, and hydroxyapatite is used as a source of calcium phosphates being these components are taken in the definite quantitative ratio. Cement exhibits the enhanced biocompatibility with the osseous tissue, bioactivity and recovers the osseous tissue effectively. ^ EFFECT: valuable medicinal properties of cement. ^ 1 tbl, 1 ex
