Helical chamber is mounted on casing in vertical plane to provide for continuous movement of seeds in conjunction with powder components along tubular channels alternatively from upper channel into lower channels, while eliminating counter current flows. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of artificial coating on seed bodies and increased efficiency of process. ^ 1 dwg
