Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: wind-power engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: relates to devices for automatically regulating blade turning angle. Proposed windwheel of horizontal-axial-type wind power generating plant containing blades whose shafts are fitting through radial antifriction bearings in supports made in form of cups secured on windwheel hub and blade turning angle centrifugal governor including flyweights and spring mechanism is furnished, additionally, with bushings secured on shafts of blades contacting with bottom of cup and forming with bottom a friction pair. Bushing is either solid article or contains insert or coating of antifriction material. ^ EFFECT: provision of stability of windwheel (prevention of self-sustained vibrations) of wind-power generating plant with blade turning angle centrifugal governor under and operating conditions. ^ 1 dwg
