Component has three cavities; cross section of component includes one open and two closed contours bounding these cavities. Open contour copies shape of respective contour of luggage rack for embracing the rack bottom on two sides by means of bearing plates. One cavity of component is used for vertical and horizontal fasteners of passenger cabin bulkhead. Component includes bearing plate holding claming member and bearing plate preventing luggage from sliding off rack. ^ EFFECT: simplified construction; low cost; reduced time for making the device. ^ 2 dwg
