Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medicine, urology, endocrinology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with restoring impulse mode of luteinizing hormone (LH) secretion, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) secretion, somatotropic hormone (STH) secretion, parathyroid hormone (PTH) secretion, adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) secretion and that of insulin due to individual matching the dose of testosterone preparation to normalize LH levels, total testosterone, free testosterone, globulin binding sex hormones, index of free androgens, 5alpha-dihydrotestosterone, 17beta-estradiol and restore impulse LH secretion and total testosterone. The method enables to restore hormonal balance. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of restoration.
