Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: means for fastening cables or ropes. ^ SUBSTANCE: one end of a rope is arranged inside the housing of the clamping device. The other end of the rope passes through the housing to form a loop and is fixed inside the housing with the use of two same spring-loaded rotation bodies. The first end is preliminary secured in an insert, which is mounted and spring-loaded inside the housing for permitting rotation. The insert has a semi-cylindrical projection for the permanent interaction with one of the rotation bodies.
