Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: machine engineering, namely processes of heat strengthening, thermochemical and thermomechanical strengthening. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for making blank of steel articles comprises steps of applying multi-layer coating by thermochemical treatment; at first performing carburization by depth 0.8 mm; then performing decarbonization by depth 0.15 - 0.2 mm and further cyanidation by depth 0.05 -0.08 mm for making blank having seven layers with concentrations of carbon and nitrogen differed by 0.4% and more. Thermochemical treatment is realized in fluidized bed of catalyst. ^ EFFECT: lowered probability of occurring technological flaws, such as overburning, incomplete fusion, possibility for making laminate articles due to different concentrations of alloying elements. ^ 1 ex |
