Zusammenfassung:FIELD: catalysts, chemical technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing a catalytic composition that is used for polymerization of at least one monomer to yield polymer. The indicated catalytic composition is prepared by interaction of metalloorganic compound, at least one organoaluminum compound and a fluorinated hard-oxide compound that is taken among silicon oxide - titanium oxide or silicon oxide - zirconium oxide wherein boron-organic compounds and alumoxanes are absent essentially. Invention relates also to a method for preparing the catalytic composition that involves the following stages: (1) interaction of hard-oxide compound with ammonium bifluoride-containing water; (2) calcination of the prepared fluorinated hard-oxide compound at 350-600 C; (3) combination of the calcined composition and bis-(4-butylcyclopentadienyl)zirconium dichloride at 15-80 C; (4) in 1 min - 1 h the combination of prepared mixture and triethylaluminum to yield indicated catalytic composition. Invention relates also to catalytic composition and method for polymerization. Catalytic compositions show high activity and provide good quality of polymeric particles being without significant overgrowing the reactor. Compositions can be prepared easily and inexpensively owing to absence of any alumoxane and borate compounds. Owing to using above indicated fluorinated hard-oxide compounds the invention provides preparing polymer with enhanced strength of melt and resistance against shift. ^ EFFECT: improved preparing method, enhanced and valuable properties of compositions. ^ 28 cl, 2 tbl, 15 ex
