Impregnating compound comprises butadiene-styrene latex, water and cellulose ester. As the main film-forming agent the impregnating compound comprises latex of vinyl chloride with vinylidene chloride and maleic acid, and as surface-active substance it comprises alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ester OP-7 or OP-10, and as a plasticizer it comprises alcohols and dicarboxylic acids esters, and as an accessory film-forming agent it comprises carbamide-formaldehyde resin KF-MT, and as a water-repellent agent it comprises 45-50% aqueous solution of sodium ethylsiliconate GKZH-10 or sodium methylsiliconate GKZH-11. ^ EFFECT: valuable properties of impregnating compound. ^ 2 tbl, 1 ex
