Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: pulp-and-paper industry, in particular, production of flat corrugated cardboard layers for manufacture of cardboard for containers. ^ SUBSTANCE: cardboard is composed of upper, middle, lower fibrous layers and surface coat applied onto upper and/or lower layer. Upper fibrous layer includes 100% of waste paper. Middle and lower layers include waste paper and high-yield semi-finished product, that is, chemical-thermomechanical pulp having milling extent of 40-500 Schopper-Riegler. Said pulp is produced by double-staged chemical processing with sodium hydroxide solution and, simultaneously, steaming in screw-type apparatus. Waste paper has milling extent of 50-550 Schopper-Reigler. Coat weight is 0.2-2.5 g/m2.
