Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in devices providing displacement of objects, bringing objects, including those of large size and mass, out of aircraft, ejection, load-handling operations and pushing submersible projectiles out of ship launchers. Chamber with step-by-step changing of volume is formed on base of flexible hose laid in compact and ordered fashion by means of closed guide with bottom and pusher using the latter as propulsion device. Compact ordered laying of flexible hose id provided using the following procedure: hose unfolded in length and perimeter is divided into steps, and locks are installed outside on step borders. Then hose is folded at each step perimeter in form of member-fold, said members being fixed to each other to form S-turn members 13. Process of creation of changeable volume chamber comes to the following: front edge of hose is connected from side of object with pusher 17, and terminal edge of hose is connected with closed guide 20 provided with bottom 21 to form chamber 22 of step-by-step changeable volume. Object is displaced when pressure is built in chamber 22 by movement of pusher 17 under action of which tops of neighbor border members-folds of each forward members folds are released from following ones, thus providing unfolding of hose in chamber 22 to maximum outer diameter of hose unfolded in length and perimeter. Invention provides regulated conditions of object displacement according to preset efforts and velocity in enlarged control range and curvilinear displacement of pusher with object. ^ EFFECT: improved safety, failure proofness and reliability, increased service life. ^ 7 cl, 14 dwg |
