FIELD: metal working, for example by cutting. ^ SUBSTANCE: tool has body in which apertured cutting tip is mounted in angular seat by means of pin with head and nut screwed on thread of pin end portion. First and second sleeves placed along the same axis as that of said pin are arranged in stepped opening of tool body; sleeves have contact surfaces inclined relative to pin axis. In order to enhance strength and rigidity of cutting part of tool, second sleeve is fixed in stepped opening of tool body and it is turned by its end surface inclined relative to pin axis towards apex of angular seat. First sleeve engaged with second one is provided with band for centering along outer diameter at side of its end engaged with nut. At opposite side of first sleeve that may be shifted to axis of pin and may engage with pin, band centering along inner diameter engages with pin. ^ EFFECT: enhanced reliability of tool, improved strength and rigidity of its cutting part. ^ 2 dwg
