Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: plastic metal working, namely processes for forming non-detachable joints on tubes with use local deformation effect of intermediate member such as sleeve of plastic material. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of expanding tube in detachable die; placing sleeve of plastic material into formed cavity of tube; axially compressing said sleeve; placing joined end of tube in volume of tube cavity having no sleeve until achieving its contact with end of sleeve; before orbit welding, loading joined members by axial compression effort in order to achieve dense contact of joined surfaces. ^ EFFECT: enhanced strength characteristics of non-detachable joints with improved corrosion resistance. ^ 4 dwg
