OILING MACHINE

FIELD: rolled stock production, possibly sheet by sheet oiling of moving horizontally arranged metallic sheets. ^ SUBSTANCE: oiling machine includes base having guiding devices mounted at inlet and outlet of sheets from said base and having in lower portion of each guiding device supporting rollers; apparatus for applying oil coating in the form of metering pump, high voltage source, slit nozzle -electrodes; drive unit with chain transmissions. At least two additional rollers (each roller is separately mounted in lower portion of each guiding device) form two groups of rollers. Rollers of each group are arranged along motion direction of sheets and they are spaced one from another by gap opposite relative to nozzle-electrodes. Upper level of group of rollers mounted at outlet of sheet from oiling machine is lower than upper level of group of rollers mounted at inlet of machine by value consisting 0.03 - 0.25 of gap between roller groups. Invention provides possibility for applying uniform coating with optimal thickness and density. ^ EFFECT: enhanced oiling quality of rolled sheets, lowered number of rejected sheets at transporting them. ^ 2 dwg
