Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:FIELD: agricultural engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: according to first version, tillage tool has body equipped with attachment members and including surface layer and core, and working part made in the form of blade or sharpened part. Tillage tool is manufactured from carbon steel with reduced hardenability and has carbon content of from 0.40 to 0.80 wt%. Tillage tool is subjected to volumetric-superficial hardening procedure with self-tempering or tempering in furnace. Tillage tool body and working part have microstructure of tempered martensite with size number of actual martensite grain of 11-14 and hardness of 55-60 HRCe. According to second version, tillage tool has body equipped with attachment members and including surface layer and core, and working part made in the form of blade or sharpened part. Tillage tool is manufactured from carbon steel with reduced hardenability and has carbon content of from 0.40 to 0.80 wt%. Tillage tool is subjected to volumetric-superficial hardening procedure with self-tempering or tempering in furnace. Surface layer of tillage tool body and working part has microstructure in the form of tempered martensite with size number of actual martensite grain of 11-14 and hardness of 55-60 HRCe. Body core has microstructure in the form of troostite, troostosorbite or sorbite with hardness of 34-46 HRCe. Invention may be used in manufacture of tillage tools, such as shares, moldboards, plow landsides, blades, shank disks of sowing and planting machines, chisels, hoes, as well as harrow disks and teeth. ^ EFFECT: wider range of use, improved quality of tillage tools owing to increased wear- and shock-resistance, and reduced production costs by employment of thermally processed steel. ^ 3 cl, 13 dwg
